I tried every diet going. I counted calories, carbs and fat grams religiously. I even went to a nutritionist who recommended 1,000 calories per day and a cheat meal every week.
In 3 months, I could not sustain this way of eating. I lost weight, but I was craving carbs all the time and had no energy. This wasn’t a sustainable thing to do.
